Coach Jonathon Justice
Volleywood Beach Academy is proud to introduce Coach Justice. Jonathan Justice is a very dedicated volleyball player that lives in St. Augustine and started pushing himself at a very young age. At the age of 13, Jon started playing middle school volleyball and brought the first Championship trophy in any sport to Sebastian Middle School. After Middle School, Jon was recruited to JJVA and has played Libero and Outside Hitter competitively for five years and is still playing. His team came in 5th place in the State of Florida during the 2014-2015 season.
In addition to the Indoor game, he has been committed to beach volleyball playing almost everyday when there is no indoor practice. He made the USA Beach Volleyball team in the summer of 2015 and competed at the U19 level in the Beach High-Performance Championships representing Florida. Some of his top finishes are three Triple-A first place finishes in Dig the Beach Tournaments and a 3rd place finish at the Open Division during 2015.
Jon strives to make it to the next level and take Beach Volleyball as far as he can while promoting the sport and making people around him better. He travels almost every weekend to play in a variety of tournaments as well is assisting Florida State University with their beach program.
