Coach Jessica
Volleywood Beach Academy is proud to introduce Coach Jessica Justice. Coach Jessica grew up in Columbus, Ohio and started playing volleyball for her middle school volleyball team and Buckeye Volleyball Club. After moving down to St Augustine, FL in 2010, she went on to play for her high school team at St Augustine High School, and joined Jacksonville Junior Volleyball Association (JJVA). While at JJVA, she played for their 16, 17 and 18 National teams as a setter/hitter, traveling to Atlanta, Denver and Dallas. Jessica also traveled abroad to play in Bring It Promotions 9th Annual New Years Bash in Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Czech Republic. After high school, she went on to play at Case Western Reserve University as a setter. Later she transferred to University of Central Florida where she earned a BS in Health Sciences and played intramural indoor and beach volleyball. For several years, she worked as a USAV Certified Referee traveling to tournaments throughout the region. Outside of studying to apply for medical school, she enjoys playing volleyball with her two brothers and hanging out with her Great Dane, Thor!
